 Leaving School Grounds

NO student is allowed to leave the school grounds without teacher permission. Children may not go down to the shopping area during school hours without the approval of the DP/AP.  This is an important matter of principle and safety.

Parents/Caregivers who wish to collect their child for appointments, or for personal reasons, must inform the teacher preferably in writing, or use the school message system.  Parents must first report to the school office before removing any child from the school. No parent will be able to remove a non family member unless accompanied by a note from the non family member's parent/caregiver. 

Our school is a very open site and it is important that classroom teachers and duty teachers are vigilant about who is talking to children and seeking to remove children from the site at other than the regular times of attendance.
